Sing with the Cleveland Chamber Choir!

We are always interested in finding professional-caliber singers to join the Cleveland Chamber Choir family! Singers are contracted on a per-concert basis, and are expected to perform a wide variety of vocal techniques with a high level of preparedness and contribute positively to the rapport and camaraderie of the ensemble.

Please attach a resume of choral/solo vocal experience as well as up to two recordings (Youtube links, mp3s, etc.) you feel best represent your current musicianship.
How we work as an ensemble: the Cleveland Chamber Choir is an ensemble of professional voices dedicated to preparing the finest choral repertoire and performing it the highest possible level. Rather than meeting on a weekly basis to rehearse, CCC meets for only a few weekends prior to each concert for intensive rehearsals and performances. With that in mind, singers receive music one month in advance of the first rehearsal and prepare the music ahead of time.

- A prepared solo — oratorio, art song or aria
- Two assigned excerpts of choral music will be sent to you one week in advance of your audition
- Singers will be evaluated on musicality and quality through vocalizing, aural skill exercises, and sight reading
